Hebi Hanabi

HebiHanabi is a PC game where 2 players each controls a snake made of firework bombs and tries to bomb each other in order to win over the princess's heart. The game is 2d versus shooter with a big twist since your bombs also serves as your life point so the player need to find their own strategy to defeat the other player. With Hebi Hanabi, we wanted to capture the spirit of Japanese art.Trying to reference Japanese culture, the setting of our game takes place in a japanese Spring festival at night, and the main attraction is the firework show. We use the idea of a firework show and turn it into a dueling event where two people use fireworks as their weapon.
