The IGF takes place during
Fury Unleashed is a roguelite platformer shooter game, where you play through pages of a procedurally generated comic book. You play as The Fury, a hero of a fictional comic book series "Fury Unleashed", who saves his world from various threats: Aztec gods, Nazis and Aliens, but also from an ultimate threat: his creator's self doubt. The gameplay requires quick reflexes as well as tactical planning of next moves. It stands out thanks to unique combo system, which rewards you for taking down enemies quickly and efficiently. All that presented in high resolution 2D art inspired by classics of the genre like Metal Slug or Contra, combined with modern gameplay mechanics known from The Binding of Isaac or Rogue Legacy, and with 2 players local co-op available.
